"Take a Trip and Smell the Flowers"
I saw this article on cnn.com and thought it was a great idea. We don't have enough peace and serenity in our lives, and we are overstimulated to the point where it causes us to have Attention Deficit Disorder. What better way to relax than to "stop and smell the flowers"? In and of itself, this is a great way to practice watchfulness: simply be aware of the smell, notice what you are smelling and how you feel or what happens, and be aware that it is you, or some part of you, that is doing the smelling (see yourself smelling the flowers).

Or, if ye be a blogger, get the hell away from the desk and go outside and be reminded of fresh air and the warmth of direct sunshine, or rain. This I have to remind myself on a constant basis. Great blog btw.
