Greetings. I was wondering if you're at all familiar with the classical Unitarian tradition and most especially the "Pure Christianity" preached and practiced by such American Unitarians as William Ellery Channing and Theodore Parker. Also, in part, by R.W. Emerson, who in his short time in the pulpit always emphasized Christ's admonition that "The Kingdom of God is within you." (Emerson also used the translation "among.") Pure Christianity was concerned with the essence of Christ's teachings and with the God of Christ, and not so much with liturgical and sacramental issues, and the apostolic succession, etc.
Is this akin to "The New Christianity?"
Thanks for answering, if you're able. If not, peace out with your nice blog.

What did I just read? Doesn't sound like you're teaching Christ's teachings but your version of it. That's idolitry. If your teaching cannot be confirmed by the Bible it's false doctrine. Throwing around some verses doesn't make it sound.

Hi,
I am intrigued by what is written here especially the comment on freedom as totally being without influence from external factors. It has reminded me that I have strayed from my Father by some degree when I believe the lies our society dictates to us. Something I once fiercely believed in!
Thankyou and Jah bless!

You sound like a schizophrenic. My first thought, after I read your words, ("Believe nothing I say here..."), my first thought was that you were a true Christian, and that you were only writing such foolishness, as a means to send people on a search, a genuine search of the Holy Bible. What you are teaching is not any form of Christianity, especially "New". Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father, and anything that this so-called New Christianty teaches, that does not have Jesus as the center and/or isn't based on the Holy Word of God, is sent straight out of hell, by Satan himself. Look up all the other religions, old and "new", and see how they started: most very subtle, then once drawing you in, lead you away from the truth as Jesus taught, an as the Bible itself teaches. AAnd by the way, "The Kingdom of God is in the heart of the believer, oh, I mean, the true believer, not the "new" believer. I will pray for your soul, as well as the countless others who have been tricked by Satan, into believing this same game, different era, stratedgy.
